Staying Green Campaign

We have embarked on a Staying Green Campaign at Quest Corsair as Cape Town have been experiencing a water shortage since 2016.

The water shortage has had an impact on our gardening capacity as well as restrictions to our water features. Our garden has held up the struggle for quite some time, but in order to stay ahead of the continuing drought we need to be strategic about our approach to the garden.

To spruce up the garden we have advantageously placed water wise plants such as the spekboom tree around Quest Corsair. We have lined our water features with grass and filled with smaller water wise plants.

We continue monitoring the water restriction levels as per the City of Cape Town notifications, which is currently Level 3.

Level 3 water restrictions include the following: An increase in the personal water use limit from 70 to 105 litres per person per day.

Staying Green and cutting down on carbon footprint is our main distinction at Quest Corsair. #Spekboomchallenge
